Corporate and Group Engagements
Corporate Benefits
As the recognition of the need for financial planning has become more widespread, companies are increasingly offering planning services as part of a comprehensive benefits package. Planning services can be paid by the company, by the employee or by a combination of both parties.
Financial Planning Scope (includes but not limited to):
- Goal identification & feasibility analysis (capital needs)
- Retirement income planning (distribution analysis)
- Education planning
- Investment portfolio asset allocation
- Specific investment guidance
- Insurance and risk management review
Deliverables
- Retirement/Major Goals Analysis & Recommendations
- “What-if” scenarios analysis
Planning services can also be offered to specific employees or company-wide. Planning services provided as a corporate benefit are often in conjunction with Deschutes acting as investment advisors on the company retirement plan. However, this does not necessarily need to be the case. Advisory services to the company retirement plan and planning services as a corporate benefit are distinct services.
